The green halo rings are powered by 12v power and ground wires. These halo rings have super bright SMD LEDs that provide a very bright ring. The halo rings are very bright day or night, with or without the headlights on. These feature domed crystal clear glass faced headlights with metal backs, unlike all all the others on the market that have a flat plastic face and plastic back housing. These will fit any car or truck that has (4) round 5.75" diameter headlights. Some modification to the headlight bucket or wiring may be required, however in most cases these are a direct fit without modification.
