The Whizzz spade bit is a patented design that drills cleaner, faster, and uses less energy to drill more holes before having to charge your cordless drill. They have a heat treated shaft to resist bending under heavy loads. The patented product features a unique angled dimple that scoops the wood and has less splintering on break through. They have a quick release hex shank for a secure grip in the chuck and a hang up hole for easy storage or wire pulling. The set comes with a convenient metal storage rack. Spade bits are ideal for fast boring straight holes in all woods. However if a clean hole or angled hole is desired the spade bit may not be the most suitable.
